Can I place an order outside of the United States?
For Canadian ordering information, please call Scholastic at 1-888-752-4690 or email magazines@scholastic.ca. For all other international ordering information, please call (573) 632-1687.
What is our guarantee?
We stand behind every magazine and book we publish. Take up to 30 days to evaluate the magazine you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, simply call us or write "cancel" on your invoice and owe nothing.
When will I receive my order?
Generally you should expect to receive your first issue 4–6 weeks after you place your order (during the school year). After the first issue you will receive your magazines according to the editorial calendar.
How do I change the number of subscriptions on a previously placed order?
To update the number of copies of each magazine on your subscription, please fill out the fields below and submit the form. If you would like to update multiple magazines you may add additional titles and update their corresponding quantities. An asterisk denotes a required field.

What if I have not received all of my magazines?
  • Check the publication schedule in your Teacher's Guide to determine when to expect the issues.
  • Check with other members of your school's staff. Someone may be holding your copies.
  • Check with your local post office to see if there is any delivery problem or delay.

How are my magazines shipped?
Your magazines are shrink-wrapped and shipped in bundles that are "bailed" together.
How do I use my digital content?
It's up to you! Many teachers use a whiteboard, projector, or classroom computer to share our online content with their students. The videos are a good place to start because they make exceptional pre-reading activities. Each one offers background information and gets students excited about what they're going to read. Your digital subscription is also excellent for post-reading with printable skills pages that assess reading comprehension and other skills. On some websites you'll also find games, weblinks to expand lessons, regularly updated news briefs, and much more. Refer to your Teacher's Guides for the best way to effectively integrate your specific magazine's digital resources into your lesson plans.
How do I get started on my first visit to my magazine's website?
Just go to your magazine’s URL, or select your title here. Then click on the link in the upper left that reads “Subscribers: click here for your magazine’s digital resources.” For a limited time, there is no login or registration required.

For a limited time, there is no registration required to use the digital resources for your magazine.

If you are already registered on Scholastic.com, you may log in now.
How do I log in to my magazine's website?
For a limited time, login is not required. Just go to your magazine’s URL, or select your title here Then click on the link in bbhe upper left that reads “Subscribers: click here for your magazine’s digital resources.”

If you are new to Scholastic.com, you will need to register to access your magazine's digital resources. Click on the "Register" link on your magazine's home page and follow the prompts to create your account. Then follow the prompts to create your magazine profile. You will be asked to provide a display name, which will appear after you log in, as well as a class name, which your students will use to log in.
How do I get my Teacher's Guide?
Teacher's Guides—which include a copy of the student magazine—are supplied at no additional cost, as follows:

Every additional 30 subscriptions receives another Teacher's Guide.

When your magazines are shipped in two or more packages, all Teacher's Guides are sent together in one of the packages. Subscribers with print and digital access can log in to their magazine editorial website(s) to download their Teacher's Guide.

How can I find out about funding?
Visit our Classroom Magazines funding page or www.scholastic.com/grants, or call 1-800-387-1437.
How do I cancel my classroom magazines order?
Write cancel on your invoice or call 1-800-446-3355 or email magazinecs@scholastic.com and provide your account number, name and full shipping address. You will be charged for all issues mailed after the 30-day FREE-Trial period.
Why am I being charged tax for items?
Tax must be charged for orders in states where required by law, unless proof of tax exemption is provided with your order.
What are the shipping costs?
10% is charged for classroom magazines and 9% for books.
