Vocabulary Builders are engaging reproducible books that help students in Grades 4-5 develop essential vocabulary and word skills. The books use high-interest articles, taken from the award-winning Weekly Reader magazine, as resources for key language arts practice. Each 2-page lesson features an engaging Weekly Reader magazine article on one page so that students can read the vocabulary words in context. The second page is vocabulary skills practice. Throughout the book, the articles that provide the context for the vocabulary words are identified as A, B, or C lessons to indicate below-level, on-level, or challenging reading.
