Why can’t I use the “Bill Me” option when purchasing an e-book?
Because the e-book can be immediately downloaded, we can not offer a “Bill Me” option.

    I’m having trouble viewing/downloading my e-book.
Your e-book was downloaded to the location indicated by your browser as a downloading directory. There is a temporary directory in Windows that is the default file for downloading files. You can look in your browser preferences for the location of this file.

You can also try “find files” (Windows) or “Sherlock” (Mac). The files are named the same as the Item # with a WRP prefix. For Example, “Animals ABC: Learning with the Alphabet” is Item #EWR177. The electronic file is named WRPEWR177pdf. Search for the file by Item #. If you need more assistance, contact Weekly Reader Customer Service at 1-800-446-3355.

I’m having trouble printing my e-book.
    A) Try printing a different PDF. If that PDF does not print correctly, try printing a file from another application, such as a text document. If it prints correctly, the problem is likely specific to Adobe Acrobat. (Adobe recommends you have 3-5 times the available file space of the file size) Shut down the computer for at least 15 seconds. Restart, and try printing the e-book again.

    B) If the e-book still does not print, try to print it as an image (may take longer). Start bychoosing File>Print, then click Advanced. Select Print As Image and click OK. Then click Print. Resave the PDF by choosingFile>Save As, and rename the file.

    C) Download the PDF again.

    D) Or, try printing from another computer. If the e-book prints correctly, the computer you were attempting to print from may be having network problems. You can also try printing from a computer connected directly to the printer. If it prints correctly, the computer you were trying to print from may be having network problems. In either case, contact your system administrator.

    E) If you have tried all of the above procedures and the e-book will not print, the PDF may be damaged. Call Customer Service at 1-800-446-3355.
