   - Poem by Eugene Levit, Grade 9

Searching for a story untold
Travel far and wide
From sea to sea
Hoping to find an inspiration
Searching for some inspiration
An idea to fall right on my head
A simple thought or suggestion
That could lead to a work of creativity
Searching for some creativity
Some brand new words
Maybe a different world
A world which is unique
Searching to be unique
Thoughts that come to me all on my own
Thoughts different from anyone ever before
Ideas which come to me from the depth of my mind

The poem had good content, but did not flow as well as my poems do. Sorry Eugene, but only some have that talent!

Gee, Christina, why not send in a poem of your own? That way, we can all see your talent for ourselves. It's not easy to post your work for the world to see. It takes guts. Criticism is fine, but it's best when it's given in a generous and helpful spirit.

I second that!

I agree with Christina. I didnt like you used the words twice at the end of the line. It just doent flow well. But if you like it thats okay.

You are a very good writer and you remind me of myself when i write poems of my own. You think of deep thoughts and we seem to have a lot in common when it comes to writing. You are fantastic keep up the good work.
