'Hope Over Fear'

• Have students write a letter to Obama outlining what he should strive to accomplish in his first 100 days of office. Students can email their comments or send their letters to The White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500.

• Have students select and read aloud a famous inaugural address.

A decision by the state's high court is expected in a few months.
