Want to get healthier? Want to have more fun? If you answered "yes" to either of those questions, you've come to the right place! Getting more exercise can help you feel great.

Get Up and Go is here to help. You don't have to commit to an exercise class or sign up for a time-consuming sport. All you need is you! Each month, Get Up and Go brings you ideas for getting moving and shows you cool sports and exercises you might like to try. We'll also give you ideas for fitting more exercise into your life.
